Posty Posty is a content creation and social media management tool that helps businesses generate captions, manage photos, and publish content to connected social media platforms.

Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all content posted through your connected social media accounts.
• You must have authorization to post content on behalf of any connected business accounts.

Content Ownership

• You retain ownership of all content you upload and create using the Service.
• AI-generated captions are provided as suggestions. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all content before posting.
• We do not claim ownership of your content, photos, or brand materials.

Acceptable Use

• Do not use the Service to post content that violates any applicable laws or platform terms of service.
• Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' accounts.
• Do not use the Service to distribute spam, malware, or harmful content.

Third-Party Platforms

The Service integrates with third-party platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X/Twitter, WordPress, Google Business). Your use of those platforms is governed by their respective terms of service. We are not responsible for changes to third-party APIs or platform policies.

Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages resulting from your use of the Service, including but not limited to content posted to social media platforms, loss of data, or service interruptions.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
